Sheet Pan Chicken
This is what I cook…. When I need a yummy dinner but I need it to be easy. Quarter red potatoes and toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. Place at one end of sheet pan. Trim green beans and toss in olive oil and salt and pepper. Place at opposite end of sheet pan. Place chicken breasts in center of sheet pan. Top with a mixture of Mayo, Parmesan cheese & Italian seasoning or cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese & garlic/parsley seasoning. Bake at 425 for 22-25 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Use different potatoes or vegetables for your own twist.
