Greek Style Pasta Salad

This is what I cook…to have an easy side dish that lasts a few nights. This is one of my favorites! 

Bite size pasta (Ditalini), English cucumbers, kalamata olives, Roma tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, chick peas and a light dressing! 

Chop all vegetables in to bite size pieces. Cook pasta al dente. Toss with dressing. Refrigerate until serving or at least an hour. 

Dressing: 
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 
1/3 cup red wine vinegar 
Squeeze 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp dill
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
