Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

This is what I cook…for a Baked Potato bar! 

Clean Russet potatoes and prick skins with fork. Rub skins with olive oil. Salt skins with kosher salt. Wrap in foil. 

Cook until tender, on low for 7.5 hours or on high for 4.5-5 hours. 

Serve with baked potato fixings: butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, scallions, bacon bits, broccoli, hot sauce, whatever you like!!! Yum!
