Baked Ham & Cheese Sliders

This is what I cook… for an easy lunch, party dish or snack. There are lots of recipes online of many variations of these and you’ll want to make more than 12 if you have a bigger crowd.

Use one 12 count package of Hawaiian sweet rolls or slider buns. Cut in half. Put bottoms in glass baking dish lined with foil or sprayed with cooking spray. Top with two layers of ham & Swiss cheese. Assemble tops of buns over layers of ham & cheese.

Glaze: Melt one stick of butter. Add 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp poppy seeds & 2 tsp dried minced onion. Mix and brush on tops of buns.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes covered in foil. Bake another 5-7 minutes uncovered. Slice immediately and serve.
