3 ingredient Bagels

 This is what I cook… when I want an easy breakfast bagel! 




Ingredients are just: 
1 3/4 cup self rising flour
1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt

Butter to brush tops and everything bagel seasoning or poppy seeds to top. 

Mix flour and yogurt together to make a soft dough. Lightly flour countertop and knead dough. Form 4 balls of dough. Poke hole through middle of each ball and form a donut shape. Place on parchment paper on baking sheet. Brush with butter, water, egg or milk and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or poppy seeds. Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes. 

I have also used a flavored yogurt also for flavored bagels.
